Job Description

  • The candidate will be working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • He/she needs to ensure implementation of HR policy and manage revisions in HR policy as and when required
  • Coordinate with consultants for HR compliance
  • Oversee the maintenance, communication and destruction of personnel records as required by law including local governing bodies
  • Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule
  • Train managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly
  • Resolve grievances regarding employee appraisals; provide counselling to employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate.
  • Ensure induction training for new joinee and proper enrollment process
  • Ensure exit interview by HOD and HR department to get the feed back
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations.
